Whether you’ve encountered a scheduling conflict or your plans have changed, adjusting your healthcare appointment is now just a few taps away.
How It Works
When you receive a confirmation text for your appointment, you’ll notice a new option allowing you to reschedule. Simply type RESCHEDULE, select a new date and time that suits your needs, and you’ll receive a confirmation text. It’s that easy!
Available Now: Primary Care in all locations.
Currently, this feature is available for all Primary Care and Nutrition appointments in all four locations. We’re starting here but are committed to expanding this convenience to more appointment types soon.
