How It Works
When you receive a confirmation text for your appointment, you’ll notice a new option allowing you to reschedule. Simply type RESCHEDULE, select a new date and time that suits your needs, and you’ll receive a confirmation text. It’s that easy!
Available Now: Internal Medicine at Midtown Health Center
Currently, this feature is available for Internal Medicine appointments at our Midtown Health Center. We’re starting here but are committed to expanding this convenience to more appointment types and locations soon.
